Our services for your home include all the services you would expect when you hear “you need plans for your home” or maybe “for this to be built you need some plans”.
We offer plans for your new home, additions to your existing home, as well remodels and any other plans you might need to make your house into a home.
If we are not able to help you, we will lead you to someone who will. It is our honor to help you resolve, and reach your planning needs to completion.
NEW HOME
No matter how small or how big, our service includes the full set of plans that will get your plans approved by the planning and zoning committee.
When it comes to New homes we also offer an online service, so even if you are not close to our office we might be able to help.
REMODELS
We offer any consulting and plans you might need for your home remodeling project.
Remodeling can be costly, so when it comes to remodeling trust us that we will lead you to the most efficient and cost effective way.
If you are not sure of what you are doing but want to go the proper and legal way then obtaining plans or at least our consulting is recommended.
Not all remodels need plans but the ones that do end up becoming more expensive later on, we do not charge for basic questions and general concerns for your remodeling project. If you feel stuck or wish to obtain an expert's opinion give us a call.

Our scope of work can be limited, but we offer conjoint services.
We partner with professional individuals in town and in state that offer a wide variety of services such as all the Engineering services, tradesmen, welders and contractors.
Our service is mainly done in house and we prefer to only get others affiliated only when necessary, in order to be the most cost effective. However other professionals might be needed, in such cases we will inform you in order for you to make your decisions accordingly.
ADDITIONS
When it comes to additions they stand in between New and Existing/Remodeling.
In many cases the cost for additions are not limited to the new but should include the existing as well.
Planning and zoning require that limited existing plans are submitted along with the new additions in order to approve or modify your additions as required by the Architectural building code.
Our services for additions are both consulting and planning services. It is preferred that you have the plans for your Existing home but we understand if you do not have them. In such cases we can offer plans for the Existing along with the Addition.
Although it is also recommended with new and remodeling projects, a site visit and site survey is required with additions. Some zoning restrictions may limit your addition, so a proper site survey may help you plan your Addition accordingly.
